Delivery time shown on website was 2-3 days but after order was advised 3-4 weeks. This was only problem with this shopping experience. Had to cancel order due to time contraints, but tel. contact with hardware.com was first class - no hold waiting or problems. Would definitely reuse this supplier in future.

initially we were sent a used and incomplete item. this problem was dealt with eventually but considering this was the first time i had used them i was not very impressed.

Rang 1st for technical info - ordered via web - short delay of goods due to 2 despatch/supply points. Problems with WAG354G-UK on fitting - Linksys technicians VERY helpful - Unit to be replaced - Hardware.com staff VERY helpful. Hope problem will be resolved when new part arrives. Nice to deal with a caring company in this day and age.
